Spanish Translator, you will be in charge of completing a wide range of translation‑related assignments coming from our different customers, such as digital content translations, subtitling, transcription, localization, AI translation post‑editing, and consecutive interpreting. Our translators are also in charge of performing quality assurance on Fire Lingo, Traduality’s artificial intelligence. You would listen to conversations both in English and Spanish and flag mistranslations, inaccuracies, mispronunciations, among other mistakes for our development team to improve the technology that’s helping millions of non‑English speakers across the US feel valued and empowered when receiving essential services.

• Undergoing at least 10th semester at a translation‑related major or similar major (working experience NOT required)
• Excellent oral, written and translation abilities in English and Spanish.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office skills.
• Communication skill.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Being an extrovert person is a plus (everyone in our team is introvert! We need someone to help shake things up)
• Again, working experience NOT required (we train you).

• Translate between 2,000 and 3,000 words per day.
• Successfully complete tasks assigned by Traduality’s project managers (PMs).
• Support your PM with other translation or language related tasks (QA assurance, copywriting, blog writing, translation resources management, etc.)

• Schedule from MON-FRI, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time, Indianapolis Time)
• Bi-weekly salary
• This is a home office position.
• Applicant must live in Mexico (preferred) or another Latin American country.
