Litigation Paralegal- REMOTE

Overview

Defense Litigation Paralegal - 100% Remote. This position is hosted by Jobot and is open to candidates located in Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. The role supports personal injury and construction-related files within a growing regional law firm.

• Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, from inception through discovery and trial.
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing reports to assist attorneys in case preparation.
• Managing and organizing large volumes of documents, including medical records, discovery documents, and other case-related files.
• Coordinating and managing timelines for court filings and case events.
• Assisting with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and document review.
• Communicating effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation.
• A degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of legal research tools and litigation support software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a resident of Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, or Colorado.
