Position OverviewThe firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney for a full-time, fully remote position. The ideal candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. This role also involves negotiating settlements and contributing to trial preparation as needed. The firm offers a collaborative environment and strong support systems to ensure success in delivering top-tier legal services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of assigned case files with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-reasoned legal analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and court hearings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- Contribute to litigation strategy and trial preparation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Strong experience in civil litigation.
- Expertise in Construction Defect and Rideshare/Personal Injury matters.
- Insurance Defense experience preferred.
- Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently.
