We are seeking a dedicated Bankruptcy Associate for a full‑time hybrid role based out of Bridgewater, NJ. In this position, you will support clients by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing complex bankruptcy and related cases. The role includes courtroom appearances for bankruptcy proceedings, client consultations, and offering tailored legal guidance. While the role is primarily office‑based, some flexibility for remote work is accommodated.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Bankruptcy Law and Legal Issues, with knowledge of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 processes preferred.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including motions, petitions, and other related documentation.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing complex cases and developing legal strategies.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues.
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in New Jersey, including State and Federal Courts.
- Ability to balance multiple cases and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
- Previous experience in bankruptcy law is highly desirable.
