• Be actively licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Have general defense‑side litigation experience (product liability or medical malpractice strongly preferred)
• Be client‑centric, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

This role supports an AM Law 100 firm handling consumer warranty litigation matters. Attorneys will manage cases from active litigation through resolution, including taking and defending depositions.

The client provides comprehensive training on consumer warranty case strategy from start to finish, ensuring attorneys are well‑equipped to independently handle similar matters going forward. This role offers significant autonomy and hands‑on deposition experience for attorneys willing to invest in learning the practice area.
