We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Team Leader to lead one of our high-performing software delivery teams. This role combines client leadership, commercial accountability, delivery excellence and people leadership — ensuring Aspire continues to deliver high-quality outcomes while building long-term client value.
It will suit a candidate with a strong track record in senior delivery, client services or consulting leadership roles, with the credibility to lead clients, support teams and contribute to commercial growth.

The successful candidate will play a key part in expanding our client base, strengthening team performance and reinforcing our reputation for engineering excellence.
Core Responsibilities- Act as the senior owner for client relationships
- Build trusted, long-term relationships across client portfolio
- Provide confidence, clarity and direction on delivery and outcomes
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand client scope
- Drive growth across existing client accounts
- Maintain strong oversight of revenue, margin and performance
- Support pricing, scoping and commercial decision‑making
- Contribute to proposals, pitches and new business activity
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and client accounts, spanning bespoke software and cloud-based services
- Lead the team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, setting clear expectations, building accountability and supporting strong performance
- Maintain strong operational discipline, quality standards and effective delivery practices across teams of varying experience and expertise

We operate a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work from home, our Cardiff city centre office, or a blend of both. You should expect to spend 2–3 days a week in the office to support your team and strengthen collaboration.
