We're open to candidates from a variety of project backgrounds, including:
- Mechanical Project Managers
- General Contractors with large commercial project experience
- Electrical Project Managers with strong construction leadership experience
- Mechanical construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing complex commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Ability to collaborate effectively across owners, trades, field teams, and vendors
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and project execution
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
As the Mechanical Project Manager, you'll oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading overall project planning and execution strategy
- Managing budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Driving project communication across all stakeholders
- Managing RFIs, submittals, documentation, and change orders
- Supporting and mentoring Project Engineers and field teams
- Building strong client and trade partner relationships
- Identifying and removing project obstacles before they impact execution
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in:
- Mechanical/HVAC construction,
- Commercial construction, or
- Related large-scale construction environments
- Experience with healthcare or other complex commercial projects is highly preferred
- Strong financial and operational project management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project workflows
- High attention to detail and accountability
