Regional Maintenance Manager - JLL
** JLL is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager (M2 SMM Equivalent) to Support State-of-the-art distribution centers!
** JLL is hiring an M2 Regional Maintenance Manager to support state-of-the-art distribution centers! The M2 Regional Maintenance Manager delivers Material Handling, Industrial Automation and Robotics services in a 24x7 logistics environment across 4-6 sites in North America, with a primary focus on reliability engineering and program management execution. This position is responsible for ensuring service levels as described in the Master Work Order and measured by Key Performance Indicators while working closely with the account's program management lead.
The M2 Regional Maintenance Manager is part of a National Operations Team that provides services to the client across the United States, Canada, Brazil and Mexico.

* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
**** PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
*** Manage a limited portfolio of 5-7 sites with full accountability for 24x7 operations coverage
* Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts to ensure continuous operational support
* Balance resource allocation across portfolio sites to optimize performance and cost efficiency
* Establish and maintain communication protocols for round-the-clock operational coordination
* Monitor and report on portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPI achievement
* Ensure consistent service delivery standards across all assigned facilities
* Manage escalation procedures for critical issues affecting 24x7 operations
** RELIABILITY & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
*** Execute contract KPIs and related client-RME strategies under guidance of senior leadership
* Focus on reliability engineering principles to maximize equipment uptime and performance
* Work directly with the account's program management lead to align maintenance strategies with operational objectives
* Support implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
* Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability improvement opportunities
* Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
** OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*** Ensure execution against contract KPIs and related client-RME strategies
* Drive accountability of subordinate team to ensure results, roles, responsibilities and expectations are exceeded in all facets of the business
* Establish a deep and personal relationship with the client including regional and program managers, Site GMs and Regional Operations Managers
* Set and enforce standards for each site which protects, maintains and improves the value of the client's assets
* Establish Quality Assurance processes to ensure consistent performance i.e. Health Check audits
* Evaluate and verify site performance and condition to ensure that RME services are held at the highest standards (every time you enter a site)
* Intimately understand and report on site performance by way of operational metrics and weekly business reviews
* Drive innovation strategies and creative problem solving resulting in value creation for the client
* Network with other RMMs to ensure consistent deployment and execution
* Transform operational practices to leverage JLL tools, processes, relationships and best practices to ensure service delivery is highly efficient, effective and leveraging JLL programs
