Key Responsibilities Be directly responsible for all aspects of developing and supervising the Repairs and Maintenance Operatives. Manage the workforce, planning functions, and all associated processes and procedures. Liaise with the administration department to ensure the smooth operation of the service. Set and monitor operational targets and ensure achievement of performance indicators. Assist in managing the service within pre-agreed cost and time parameters.
Ensure effective communication with tenant and client representatives. Ensure operational systems are updated in a timely fashion and produce accurate management reports. Work effectively with other Supervisors to provide consistent management of all operatives and contractors.
