Overview
The organization provides a customer intelligence platform that centralizes and enriches buying signals to empower companies with actionable insights and automation. This opportunity is for a Head of Services to lead and scale the services function, overseeing strategy, team management, and financial performance, with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead and scale the services organization, managing daily operations and long-term strategy
- Own and manage P&L, pricing, and packaging decisions
- Align capacity planning with organizational growth
- Build, mentor, and develop a professional services team
- Set standards for successful customer engagement and delivery
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Finance to align services strategy
- Share best practices and drive shared success across teams and regions
- Serve as a leadership voice in customer escalations and conversations
- Partner with client executives, technical leads, and partners to deliver solutions
- Forecast demand and allocate resources for scalable service delivery
- Implement processes and metrics for high-quality, consistent delivery and utilization
- Design and define services offerings in partnership with Product, Sales, and Finance
- 10+ years of experience in Client Implementation/Onboarding, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Consulting, including at least 5 years in senior leadership
- Proven experience managing P&L, pricing/packaging, and scaling services teams in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong strategic and operational skills
- Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Expertise in capacity planning, utilization models, and process optimization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with executive presence
