Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of direct experience managing paid Google Ads with a monthly budget of at least $50,000. Role Overview

This full-time role requires a seasoned Google Paid Advertising & Growth Specialist who not only executes campaigns but also strategizes for scalable growth. You will own campaign strategy, structure, execution, performance reporting, and continuous optimization, ensuring strong alignment between product, messaging, creative, and user intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Google Ad Campaigns:
    Own end-to-end strategy and execution across Google Search, Performance Max, Discovery, Display, and You Tube, including campaign structuring, ad creation, copywriting, creative alignment, and optimization.
  • Growth Strategy & Funnel Design:
    Build full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF), plan scalable campaign structures, and align targeting, creative, and landing pages to business growth objectives.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization:
    Design and analyze A/B tests across audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive consistent performance improvements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Develop weekly and monthly reports, interpreting performance trends, attribution, and funnel metrics to deliver clear, actionable insights for growth.
  • Tracking & Measurement Ownership:
    Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion setup. Diagnose tracking issues proactively.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends:
    Maintain a deep understanding of Google Ads best practices, automation, AI-driven bidding, and privacy changes, keeping campaigns competitive and future-ready.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5 Years of Proven Google Ads

    Experience:

    Demonstrated success managing Google Ads with budgets of $50,000+/month, with a strong record of scaling performance and revenue growth.
  • Strong Marketing Fundamentals:
    Deep understanding of customer journey, intent-based targeting, funnel strategy, messaging frameworks, and how copy & visuals support conversion goals.
  • Advanced Tracking & Tools Expertise:
    Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is mandatory.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, dashboards, data visualization) with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
  • A/B Testing Expertise:
    Proven ability to design statistically sound experiments and interpret results to drive optimization across creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Ad Copywriting & Creative Direction:
    Ability to craft high-performing ad copy and collaborate on or guide visual direction to match campaign intent and product positioning.
  • Project and Time Management

    Skills:

    Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
  • Creative Design Skills (Preferred not mandatory):
