Description
As Marketing Copywriter Intern, you will join an experienced and dynamic Copy team to develop engaging and persuasive copy for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) communications. You must be responsive, flexible and demonstrate exceptional writing and communication skills.
Our internships are full-time positions, and interns should expect to work Monday‑Friday, up to 40 hours per week, typically between 8 AM-5 PM. Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager. Interns should not have conflicts such as classes or other employment during the workday. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester/trimester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes.

- Collaborate closely with the Copy team to develop engaging and persuasive copy for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) communications.
- Assist in writing and editing copy for emails, SMS texts, web, print/catalog, paid and organic social, product descriptions and more.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
- Participate in the review and feedback process to refine and enhance copy effectiveness.
- Proofread all pieces for accuracy and tone.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and copywriting.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, with an expected graduation conferral date between Winter 2026-Spring 2027.
- Able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the course of a 10 to 12‑week summer internship between May through September 2026.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling through written content.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $20.00 an hour.
Working Conditions- Work is performed primarily in an office environment.

- Position requires regular interaction with team members through in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email.
- This is a hybrid position. Candidates are expected in the office M, T & Th with optional work from home days Wednesday & Friday.
