We are seeking an  marketing intern to assist our team.

The Role:
You will assist with the development, execution and optimization of  campaigns. You will be responsible for contributing to  marketing strategy, development, implementation, analysis and reporting and at the same time develop your skills and benefit from experienced mentorship while gaining valuable, real-world experience in the music industry.

Learn  marketing basics through quality assurance checks for (proofreading content, copy, links, HTML, and checking for  rendering).
Write engaging content and design graphics for  campaigns
Design relevant, engaging, on-brand  templates
Contribute to team projects by working with coordinators to create compelling and relevant copy for promotional use
Assist with management of data, s and newsletters.
Research and create  fan journeys themed around marketing department initiatives.
Participate in strategizing and brainstorming messages for different customer lifecycle touchpoints and segments
Create G Suite spreadsheet reports to track specific asset performance for venues/events/campaigns.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Stay up to date on the latest trends in  marketing
Actively update  marketing guides and documentation for  brand standards and processes.

Basic Requirements:
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, as well as visually through diagrams and concepts)
Attention to detail and time management skills
Able to coordinate multiple work streams for on-time project delivery
Great knowledge of design principles
Accountability in ensuring brand and design standards are met on every project
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Working knowledge of HTML is preferred
Excellent understanding of  marketing concepts and metrics
Good sense of humor & ability to stay calm and focused in crunch time

Job Type: Internship

Compensation: The provisional intern term is 6 months. This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements. If the intern could hold the position very well, we may be able to offer a more permanent part-time position with compensation
