Position: Volunteering & Public Engagement Officer (12 month FTC)

Part Time (30hrs) Fixed Term (12 months) | Up to £24,000 per annum plus benefits |

Hybrid or Fully remote (UK based)

This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Volunteering & Public Engagement and sits at the heart of a centralised team dedicated to empowering volunteers across the UK. You will be a key enabler in delivering our mission and ensuring volunteers feel valued, informed, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of volunteer engagement and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure volunteers receive the information and resources they need.
  • Assist in coordinating volunteer activities and maintaining volunteer records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Volunteering & Public Engagement department.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A positive, collaborative approach with the ability to motivate and engage others.
  • Practical CRM experience and confidence to become a superuser quickly.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Location

Hybrid: you may work from home but are required to attend our central Bath office at least 20% of your time each month. Fully remote is also an option (UK based).
