This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Volunteering & Public Engagement and sits at the heart of a centralised team dedicated to empowering volunteers across the UK. You will be a key enabler in delivering our mission and ensuring volunteers feel valued, informed, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of volunteer engagement and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure volunteers receive the information and resources they need.
- Assist in coordinating volunteer activities and maintaining volunteer records.
- Provide administrative support to the Volunteering & Public Engagement department.
- A positive, collaborative approach with the ability to motivate and engage others.
- Practical CRM experience and confidence to become a superuser quickly.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Hybrid: you may work from home but are required to attend our central Bath office at least 20% of your time each month. Fully remote is also an option (UK based).
