Orchard Medical Consulting, an IMA Group Company, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to join our growing team in the Flagstaff area. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of field‑based advocacy and remote case management, allowing you to directly support injured workers throughout their recovery journey.

What You'll DoAs a Nurse Case Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advocate and care coordinator for injured workers, helping ensure they receive appropriate treatment while supporting positive recovery outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:- Attending medical appointments with injured workers throughout the Flagstaff region
- Coordinating care among physicians, employers, claims professionals, and legal representatives
- Monitoring treatment progress and recovery plans
- Identifying barriers to recovery and helping facilitate solutions
- Providing objective medical case management and detailed reporting
- Supporting timely, cost‑effective, and medically appropriate care
- Building strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Residence within commuting distance of Flagstaff, AZ
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for appointments
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Workers' Compensation Case Management experience
- CCM (Certified Case Manager) certification
- Background in Orthopedics, Trauma, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Rehabilitation, ICU, or Occupational Health
- Prior field case management experience
