A nationwide virtual care practice is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver preventive, wellness-focused care through short, meaningful telehealth visits. This fully remote role blends primary care, lifestyle coaching, and mental health support
, making it ideal for providers who value patient connection and long-term behavior change.
Visits often focus on stress, sleep, nutrition, routine health maintenance, and chronic condition support. Schedules are flexible Monday–Friday, with autonomy to adjust coverage while maintaining steady patient access. New graduates are welcome—warm communicators thrive here.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual preventive and wellness visits
- Support chronic conditions (e.g., HTN, diabetes, anxiety, insomnia)
- Guide lifestyle change and long-term health planning
- Review labs and adjust care plans
- Answer patient questions and provide education
- Document visits using streamlined EMR workflows
- Comfortable with lifestyle counseling and preventive care
- Patient-centered communication style
- Experience helpful but not required
- $115,000–$143,000 salary + discretionary bonus
