Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Hourly Rate: $14 - $27 per hour (at least the required minimum wage for the job location).
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
