Online Order Fulfillment Part Time

Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld RF scanner to verify counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and manage stock in reserve areas to avoid floor replenishment.
• Communicate inventory problems, expired or short‑dated items, and the need for replenishment to the club team.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards in accordance with SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship From Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance metrics and work with leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package orders per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC area and general housekeeping duties such as removing trash and cardboard.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products following standard operating procedures.
• Process returns and determine handling via DDR or Membership desk.
• Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding SLAs, performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments when needed.

Most time spent moving continuously on hard surfaces, including bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Lifts can reach up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving of heavier objects. Work is conducted in a comfortable environment with moving machinery; occasional exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning agents may occur. AI tools such as ChatGPT are recognized as part of the workplace, and familiarity is encouraged.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
