1099 Sales Representative – Flooring Industry (Remote / Commission-Based)

Elite Hardwood Brokerage is seeking a driven, self-motivated Independent Sales Representative (1099) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives on follow-ups, relationship-building, and converting warm leads into sales.

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads (calls, texts, emails)
• Educate customers on flooring options including hardwood, engineered, LVP, and specialty products
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers
• Guide customers from initial inquiry through product selection and sale
• Maintain organized communication and follow-up activity
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Self marketing - must be willing to promote products on your own and embrace the role.

• 3+ years of sales experience (inside or outside sales)
• Self-starter mentality — motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based role
• Knowledge of hardwood flooring is a plus (but not required)
• Marketing - must be willing to promote yourself and company products on social media platforms and represent company in a positive manner
• Someone who has reliable internet access and working computer/laptop (required)
