Position: Sales Development Representative (1388)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Respond to and develop marketing leads into qualified sales meetings
  • Call on predefined prospect lists to generate new sales pipeline opportunities
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify ongoing goals and needs, structuring regionalized strategies
  • Nurture prospects according to sales and marketing strategies to qualify them for warm handoffs
  • Leverage and expand both account and contact bases through networking and research
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Telemarketing, sales, fundraising, or customer service experience
  • Ability to learn new technology and convey messages to customers quickly
  • Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Specific experience working with a CRM platform, with  being a plus
  • Ability to be self-motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
