Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account growth, and retention. This is a strategic role where you will manage key accounts, drive revenue expansion, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to deliver on client goals
  • Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to improve client retention
  • Track account performance, revenue growth, and engagement metrics
  • Ensure all client interactions and account data are accurately recorded in CRM systems
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
  • Proven track record of managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

    Experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services is highly preferred
