• Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience, passionately advising and selling products while being an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the store space.
• Love all things fragrance and keep up to date with new cosmetics and skincare.
• Offer warm, friendly and professional service at all times, helping customers to find the perfect gifts and products, demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Bath & Body Works training and take control of your own development.
• Maintain health and safety policies of the team and customers; all Team Members must work safely according to guidelines at all times.
