Job Overview
As an Account Executive at Infobip, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle and play a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges and position Infobip’s solutions as long-term value drivers.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities using a variety of prospecting techniques.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and map them to Infobip’s product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and deal closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Address client objections and concerns with structured problem solving and critical thinking.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and up-to-date opportunity data in the CRM system.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role, ideally within SaaS or telecommunications.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers and value-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with demonstrated experience in contract negotiations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in complex sales environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment toward shared goals.
- Good understanding of industry dynamics relevant to Infobip’s solutions.
- Confident objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder sales processes.
- Solid product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and position technical solutions.
- Proficiency in sales prospecting techniques, tools, and CRM systems.
- Experience with solution-selling methodologies.
- Nice-to-have:
Experience selling complex, multi-product platforms or enterprise solutions. - Background in managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
