Field Sales Representative

Position: Field Sales Representative for Johnson Controls
Drive sales in the security sector as a Field Sales Representative with Johnson Controls. Emphasize customer retention, access control, and CCTV technology while working remotely.
In this role, you’ll focus on selling Johnson Controls Commercial Security services to both new and existing clients. Your efforts will center around building market share, securing sales, and upgrading current customer systems through effective relationship management. This position requires frequent travel and offers flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell security services to new local commercial customers

• Upgrade existing accounts with additional products

• Build relationships through lead generation techniques

• Develop customer follow-up strategies and plans

• Conduct post-installation follow-up for customer satisfaction
Requirements:

• Experience in outside sales of commercial security systems

• Proven sales background in the security industry

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
