Job Description

The Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new clients by building personalized insurance solutions for Auto, Property, and Life Insurance. Resources, training, and coaching are provided to help you reach sales goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• What training will I receive? Training on products, sales, and systems.
• Do I need prior insurance experience? No. No prior knowledge required.
• Do I need an Insurance License? Yes. Study materials, class, and sponsorship of the exam will be provided.
• Do I need to purchase my own leads? No. Resources will be provided.

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in Texas, or willingness to obtain one within three months.
