Staffing - Sales Executive - Hybrid or Remote

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $115,000 to $140,000
• On‑target earnings up to $300,000 (uncapped commissions)

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Meet with hiring managers and executives to understand their workforce challenges
• Sell temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently close new business
• Partner with recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Grow and maintain long‑term client partnerships
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the staffing industry
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high‑value client relationships
• Strong negotiation and pipeline management skills
• Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals
