Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) – Remote
Join our award‑winning “One Concentrix” team as a Licensed Personal Lines Customer Support Specialist! We’re looking for passionate game‑changers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and solutions for one of the world’s best‑known brands. This remote position is ideal for Spanish/English bilinguals with a valid resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance and a preference for working without appointments.
Responsibilities- Navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong reading and comprehension of program materials.
- Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
- Process new and/or amended enrollments.
- Ensure customers enjoy authentic experiences.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Verifiable high‑school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of customer‑service experience.
- Active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and problem‑solving.
- High‑speed internet (10
Mbps upload, 40
Mbps download) and a smartphone. - Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
