Sales Development Representative; Remote

• Perform 75+ outbound calls daily to select healthcare practices across the U.S.
• Identify the decision maker at each practice and discuss our marketing services to determine interest and fit.
• Schedule appointments between interested decision makers and Account Executives to close.
• Work jointly with Account Executives to ensure prospects attend appointments.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of digital marketing.
• Understand the fundamentals of our products and services.
• Meet productivity and sales revenue metrics.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset.
• Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and cold calling.
• 6 months or more work experience in an entry‑level sales role.
• Prior experience in outbound prospecting (plus).
• Degree in Business Administration or Communications (plus).
• Fully remote; hours Monday–Friday 7am–4pm Pacific Time; must have high‑speed internet.

• Base Salary: $45,000 annually.
• On average, SDRs earn approximately $65,000 annually with commissions; top performers can make $85,000.
• Commission Structure:
  Uncapped, paid monthly.
