You will oversee 25-30 existing accounts while collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback integration. This position requires a proactive approach for quoting and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Your ability to conduct discovery conversations will help you uncover the full scope of customer needs, making a difference in their experience with our innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own a portfolio of established customer accounts
• Maintain detailed profiles using MEDDPIC methodology
• Proactively manage customer buying cycles
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Requirements:
• 3-6 years in account management or customer success
• Strong relationship-building capabilities
• Solid understanding of technical products and sales processes
• Experience with CRM tools and structured methodologies
• Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods registration
