What you will do The Account Executive sells Johnson Controls Commercial Security services and technology such as access control, CCTV, digital video recording, intrusion, and closes new business while ensuring customer retention.
This is a field sales position requiring frequent travel to customer sites. Working remotely from a home office will also be available.
How you will do it Build new market share by selling to new local commercial customers.
Sell additional products and services to existing accounts and renew existing customer agreements.
Sell add‑ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet expectations.
Identify prospects applying lead‑generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.
Independently establish call plans and customer follow‑up strategies and tactics and consistently apply time and territory management techniques.
Conduct post‑installation follow‑up by contacting customers, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction after service is in place.
What we look for Experience in outside sales, preferably in enterprise class commercial security systems or other technology.
Sales experience in the security industry.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Available for frequent local travel to customer offices.
HIRING SALARY RANGE $80,600 – 126,000 CAD. Salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
