Enhance hotel sales initiatives as a Regional Director of Sales. Focus on strategic and proactive outreach to boost revenue across a portfolio of hotels in the USA and Canada.
In this remote role, you will drive results through sales leadership, coaching, and actively managing relationships with hotel staff and stakeholders. Increasing market share and activating new accounts will be key objectives as you use Salesforce CRM for your sales pipeline management. Your efforts will contribute to client satisfaction and revenue growth through effective communication and representation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead outbound sales efforts for hotel portfolio
• Drive actionable ROI through strategic planning
• Present bi-weekly updates and strategies via MS Teams
• Foster relationships with hotel owners and GMs
• Ensure high client satisfaction through professional interactions
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in hotel guestroom sales
• A minimum of 2 years in Dual or Area sales roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel systems and CRM
• Proven sales achievement and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
