Your mission: to connect with two key audiences and deliver high-quality, qualified leads.

What You’ll Do
1. Linked In Outreach
Leverage Linked In Sales Navigator to identify homeowners and real estate agents who fit our target profiles. Send personalized connection requests and thoughtful follow-up messages to spark interest and build lasting relationships.
2. Lead Nurturing
Engage potential leads in meaningful, professional conversations that showcase the benefits of our services. Address questions and overcome objections, guiding leads smoothly through the sales funnel.
3. Content Sharing
Share compelling case studies, success stories, and valuable resources to establish trust and credibility. Use direct messaging and Linked In posts to educate prospects about our offerings and highlight our unique value.
4. Data Management
Track and document lead engagement. Provide regular reports on outreach performance and conversion rates, helping refine strategies.
5. Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with our sales and marketing teams to hone messaging and audience targeting. Share feedback to continuously improve campaigns and enhance lead qualification processes.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in Linked In lead generation, especially for service-based or real estate industries.
  • Experience with affiliate programs or working directly with real estate agents is a big plus!
  • Exceptional written communication skills for crafting persuasive and professional outreach messages.
  • Mastery of Linked In Sales Navigator and related tools to identify and qualify high-value leads.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
  • Self-motivation and proactivity—you thrive working independently and owning your results.
