Position: Remote Inside Sales - $93K to $178K+

Overview

We’re hiring a Remote Inside Sales Specialist to join our acquisitions team at Unload My Home. If you thrive on competition, close fast, and want to earn $93,000–$178,000+ OTE ($36,000 base + uncapped commission), this role is for you.

Compensation
  • OTE: $93,000–$178,000/year
  • $36,000 base + uncapped commissions
  • Top performers consistently hit this level with our leads, systems, and training.
What You’ll Do
  • Take over fresh leads + passed opportunities from our follow-up team and turn them into signed contracts.
  • Complete at least 1 hour of self-directed training weekly to sharpen your sales skills and mindset.
  • Call new leads immediately—including after hours and weekends up to 8 pm EST.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to our transactions department after each contract.
We expect from you:
  • Get 1 approved contract signed in your first 30 days.
  • Own your outcomes—no excuses.
  • Every seller conversation ends in a decision: move forward or close the file.
A Day in the Life
  • 8:30 am:
    Team huddle—review yesterday’s numbers and set your targets.
  • As new leads roll in: reach out fast, uncover pain, qualify opportunities.
  • Run offer calls, negotiate price, and keep deals moving.
  • Signed agreements transition to our transaction coordinator so you can get back to selling.
  • Occasionally re-engage a deal if needed.
  • End of day:
    Review a recorded call, score yourself, and choose your next training focus.
