An active Psychologist license in good standing in Massachusetts is required. PSYPACT participation does not meet licensure requirements for this position.
Role at a glance
Full‑time, W‑2, fully remote Licensed Psychologist role
Massachusetts Psychologist license required
Focused exclusively on psychological assessment (no ongoing psychotherapy)
Typical weekly structure:
15-16 completed diagnostic cases per week, on average (interpretation, feedback sessions)
~5 hours for meetings, coordination, administrative tasks, and breaks
Testing administration and in‑office logistics handled by dedicated psychometrists
Clinical time focused on intake review, testing interpretation, diagnostic formulation, and feedback sessions
Case volume may vary based on clinical complexity, with productivity evaluated over time
Role includes interpretation, report writing, and feedback sessions
