This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake meaningful, relationship-based social work that delivers safety, stability and positive long-term outcomes for children. The organisation is currently working under an Ofsted Improvement Plan, therefore we are looking for robust, confident practitioners who demonstrate strong practice and can model high-quality social work to colleagues.
You will be required to manage your allocations effectively, visit children as needed and remain responsive to service demands, including emergencies and Section 47 enquiries.
