Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a passionate Behavioral Health Coach to support children, teens, and their families through evidence‑based coaching interventions. In this role, you will empower young individuals to develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and work toward their personal goals in a structured and supportive environment. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to provide holistic care tailored to each family's needs.
WhatYou'll Do
- Utilize evidence‑based coaching techniques to guide and motivate members in achieving their mental health goals.
- Collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care experience.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and deliver structured coaching interventions based on cognitive‑behavioral therapy (CBT) principles.
- Maintain flexible appointment availability and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide support through a fully remote, telehealth‑based platform, requiring a private, professional setting for conducting sessions.
- Certification: ICF Coaching Certification or NBC‑HWC (unlicensed coaches welcome to apply).
- Background:
Strong preference for candidates with experience in mental health coaching, counseling, or related fields. - Tech‑Savvy:
Comfortable using telehealth technology for video‑based coaching sessions. - Organized & Adaptable:
Able to manage multiple clients while working in a dynamic, evolving environment. - Compassionate & Engaging:
Possess a warm and supportive coaching style that fosters trust and motivation. - Passionate:
Dedicated to helping children, teens, and their families achieve lasting positive change.
