• Architect real-time conversation state management systems

• Implement seamless transition capabilities for customer interactions

• Create secure API integrations with CCaaS

• Work closely with ML engineers for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field

• Minimum of 5 years in backend development for production

• Expertise in designing RESTful and gRPC APIs

• Solid understanding of distributed systems

• Contact center systems experience preferred
