Sangoma is seeking a Senior Backend Systems Developer to contribute remotely to our innovative team. Build scalable solutions that enhance our suite of UCaaS products.

In this pivotal role, your 5+ years of backend development expertise will be vital for designing applications that ensure high availability and performance.

You'll work with dedicated teams to maintain and enhance the Sangoma Meet Cloud platform. As a mentor, you will guide junior developers while collaborating closely on architectural roadmaps and problem-solving activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable backend systems

• Ensure 24/7 service reliability on the Sangoma platform

• Create server-side applications utilizing the latest technologies

• Collaborate with teams for effective API solutions

• Focus on troubleshooting and improving user experience

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of backend development experience

• Proficient in Rust, Nix, and related technologies

• Experience with Linux services in a cloud environment

• Strong knowledge of REST and Graph

QL APIs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
