SummaryThe Bake Truck Tour Manager/Driver is responsible for overseeing the event-based operations of the bake truck, ensuring timely transportation, and setup, at designated event stops. This role combines driving, baking, sampling, and customer service skills to ensure a smooth and successful event experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing schedules and locations.
Employees who will be driving a company-owned vehicle as part of their job must undergo a motor vehicle records (MVR) check after receiving a job offer and before starting employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Customer Service: Interact with customers, providing excellent service and promoting company products. Prepare, bake, and serve samples.
- Driving and Logistics: Safely drive the bake truck to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Manage logistics related to route planning, vehicle maintenance, and restocking supplies. Timely coordinate refresh of all marketing and sample materials.
- Diesel and gas fill-ups
- Routine maintenance
- Keeping it clean (handwash stations or RV facilities), interior and exterior.
- Dumping water tanks
- Timely preparation: Manage schedule to ensure ample time for driving, set up and preparation.
- Reporting: Communicate regularly with home office to provide recap reports with customer feedback, sample counts, highlights, and key learnings.
- Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Event Management: Experience in organizing and managing events or tours, including coordinating schedules and handling logistics is preferred.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales or retail environments.
- Food Handlers License (Serv Safe Certificate)

Physical requirements- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly including loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and move around for extended periods of time.
