Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels using tools and guides;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, handling, stocking, and rotation of perishable products;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences;
Ensure sanitation standards and supervise adherence to Cleaning Schedule.
