Job Description

J & H Copy Service is growing and in need of hiring a Record Retrieval Specialist to join our team!

Job Description:

  • You will be making outbound calls to medical providers to obtain patients medical records
  • Candidate must be ready to make calls throughout the day to various providers

Job Qualifications:

  • A professional attitude is a must for this position
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with a customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with providers
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to take the initiative
  • Must be customer focused, Internet-savvy
  • Past call center experience is preferred
  • Must type 35 wpm
  • Must have the Can Do Attitude
  • Must be dependable

Excellent benefits package included

Flexible Hours Monday - Friday. Some start as early as 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Both Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
