Elderly Savior Homecare is seeking compassionate, skilled, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing home care team.

• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.
• Observe and report changes in patient health, behavior, or progress.
• Assist in implementing and following individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and reports.
• Educate patients and families on care routines and treatment adherence.
• Ensure a safe and clean care environment.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license – State of New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (ADN or higher preferred).
• NCLEX-PN passed.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred).
• Strong understanding of patient care, medication administration, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
