- Execute and oversee permitting, lockout/tagout, rail isolation, equipment rounds, and maintenance coordination to ensure safe and compliant operations.
- Manage sampling, boxing, and feedstock activities, including SAP transactions, BOL creation, documentation verification (BOL/CofA), and customer complaint resolution.
- Maintain site readiness by ensuring availability of PPE, tools, and supplies; supporting safety programs, inspections, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance (PSM, SPCC).
- Track, report, and maintain operational data (SAP, spreadsheets, SharePoint), including maintenance, inventory, billing, and financial reconciliation; provide cross‑functional backup support and on‑call coverage.
- Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on‑the‑job training is available.
- May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location.
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams.
- Speak, write, read fluent English.
- Regular on‑site attendance and punctuality is required.
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
12‑hour rotating shift (alternates between days / nights) includes holidays and weekends.
