We are looking for a Production Manager who leads with integrity, supports people, and takes ownership of safe, high quality manufacturing operations. This role provides daily leadership on the production floor while partnering closely with plant leadership to improve safety, quality, and performance. The Production Manager plays a key role in developing teams, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Lead and support production operations on a daily basis

- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and processes.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
