As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating, cooling, and comfort systems while providing an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
** What You'll Do
*** Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
* Install and service heating equipment, air conditioning systems, thermostats, ventilation equipment, fireplaces, hearth products, and generators
* Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend effective solutions
* Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely manner
* Ensure all parts, tools, and materials are accounted for and properly stocked
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
* Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations
* Stay current on industry advancements, products, and technology
* Perform additional duties as assigned## Qualifications
* 5+ years HVAC service and troubleshooting experience preferred
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
* Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
