Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Oregon (onsite) - US
Duration: 12 months, possible extensions
Compensation: $60-70/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale, mission‑critical/data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project schedules from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. The Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring all project activities are properly sequenced, aligned, and executed to meet aggressive timelines and high reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain master project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6
- Build detailed schedules covering all phases including design, procurement, construction, MEP installation, and commissioning
- Identify and manage the critical path, schedule dependencies, and potential risks
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedule alignment across all trades
- Track progress, update schedules regularly, and provide accurate forecasting
- Analyze schedule impacts, delays, and changes; develop recovery plans as needed
- Support coordination of MEP systems, OFCI equipment delivery, and commissioning milestones
- Generate schedule reports and communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings to provide schedule insights and drive accountability
- 3+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction or engineering environments
- Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
- Understanding of construction sequencing, particularly in mission‑critical or data center projects
- Familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning processes, and equipment coordination
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting data center or other mission‑critical construction projects
- Knowledge of OFCI equipment tracking and integration into schedules
- Familiarity with QA/QC and commissioning milestones (L1-L5)
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including construction, engineering, and operations
- Combination of on‑site and office‑based work depending on project needs
- Ability to support fast‑paced construction environments with evolving priorities
- May require extended hours to meet project deadlines
