We are seeking a hands‑on and people‑focused HR Manager to help lead our growing Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be a skilled HR Business Partner with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and talent development—paired with a genuine passion for supporting employees and managers alike. This role offers an opportunity to make a real impact by leading HR initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and driving operational excellence across a multi‑location business.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders across departments and locations, providing guidance on employee relations, team performance, and development
- Lead or support key HR programs including onboarding, performance reviews, employee recognition, and engagement efforts
- Supervise, mentor, and develop HR team members (if applicable), fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design that aligns with business strategy
- Manage workplace investigations and ensure fair, consistent application of company policies
- Stay up to date on state and federal labor laws to ensure compliance and minimize risk
- Support ongoing talent development efforts, including training, career pathing, and performance coaching
- Help build and refine HR processes, tools, and reporting to improve team efficiency and experience

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required.
Qualifications- 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Demonstrated success supporting multi‑site operations or field‑based teams
- Proven ability to build trust with employees and leaders, and to influence positive outcomes
- Experience handling employee relations, investigations, performance conversations, and team development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience managing or mentoring others is a plus
