The Mortgage Marketing Coordinator supports CCBank and Security Home Mortgage (SHM) by executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive mortgage leads, strengthen relationships with key referral partners, support individual loan officer marketing efforts, ensure brand alignment, and implement and measure marketing activities that align with growth efforts and compliance standards.
This role comprises a wide variety of responsibilities, including project management, partner coordination, advertising and promoting the mortgage company, and hands‑on community marketing that provides consistent, trackable growth.
Security Home Mortgage is a 100% independently operating subsidiary of CCBank. This position directly reports to the SVP of Marketing and Brand at CCBank, while ensuring daily alignment and support of SHM leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, paid media, events, direct mail, loan officer marketing, and partner co-marketing.
- Build and manage campaign calendars, creative requests, timelines, approvals, and post-campaign reporting.
- Ensure brand and message alignment across Security Home Mortgage and CCBank to protect our standards and market positioning.
- Assist with content development and creative strategy for projects ranging from website material to email nurture campaigns, flyers, partner materials, loan officer collateral, events, and other advertising and promotional materials.
- Work with the Bank and SHM’s ‘Builder Lending Group’ (a collaborative land financing through mortgage financing team) to create, develop, and deepen builder relationships and ensure team success.
- Occasional travel and marketing support outside Utah County, including but not limited to southern Utah and Salt Lake County.
- Less frequent, but occasional support of CCBank marketing events and needs.
- Support lead capture and routing; maintain contacts and leads through our marketing automation and CRM software, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
- Monitor mortgage lead performance and partner campaign results; create monthly dashboard reporting.
- Proactively support relationship-building with key referral sources and help manage the execution of marketing service agreements among Realtors, builders, title companies, and other community partners.
- Coordinate co-branded opportunities, including events, open houses, first‑time homebuyer seminars, lunch‑and‑learns, continuing education seminars, and educational content for prospective home buyers.
- Maintain a referral partner contact list and engagement cadence, including touchpoints, follow‑ups, thank‑yous, gifts within policy, and partner updates.
- Equip loan officers with compliant, high‑quality marketing materials to use with partners and prospects.
- Track Utah housing market dynamics such as Realtor and builder activity, rate environment, and new programs or partnerships to help shape timely campaign themes.
- Support community‑based activations that build trust and visibility with local audiences and referral networks.
- Help identify local partnership opportunities in key markets.
- Apply working knowledge of mortgage advertising compliance (UDAAP considerations, fair lending considerations, RESPA Section8, and required disclosures).
- Coordinate compliance reviews for campaigns and collateral; maintain organized records of approvals, versions, and usage dates.
- Ensure partner marketing and events comply with internal policies for sponsor ships, co‑marketing, gifts and entertainment, and vendor or third‑party requirements.
- 5+ years in marketing coordination (mortgage industry strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of the mortgage industry and loan officer support; comfortable engaging external partners; familiarity with marketing compliance.
- Working knowledge of bank and mortgage industry regulatory compliance matters with regard to advertising.
- Experience with marketing technology, including Hub Spot, Sure Fire CRM, Qualtrics, and paid/social media platforms.
- This position requires frequent local and occasional regional travel to bank and mortgage branches, partner offices, and professional events; a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable vehicle are required. Travel expense reimbursement is available.
