Automotive Salesperson

Ken Garff Automotive Group, a unique group of dealerships based in Orem, is looking for a Sales Advisor who aligns with our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead).
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships.
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
