Location:
Orlando, FL
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or swing shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM / 3:00 PM–11:00 PM), including some Saturdays with a weekday off
A reputable company is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for Document Preparation, Scanning, and Data Entry roles. Candidates must work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements:- Pass background check, drug screen, and credit check
- High school diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Experience scanning using OPEX scanners
- Ability to lift 35–45 lb totes
- Prepare documents by removing bindings, repairing pages, and inserting cover sheets
- Sort, classify, and count files for processing
- Scan records into electronic format with proper naming and image quality
- Enter and verify data, maintaining accurate records and databases
- Cross-check information to ensure accuracy
Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, with strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
